Frasers is delighted to announce the launch of our Set Lunch menu. Offering a delicious selection of heart warming dishes, perfect for a weekday catch up with friends, or perhaps a lazy Sunday lunch, come and enjoy some of the now renowned Frasers hospitality.
Pre bookable tables only. These menus are only an example menu and is subject to change.

To Start
Ham hock and duck liver terrine, pear and hazelnut salad.
~
Crab ravioli, samphire, shellfish bisque, orange oil.

Followed By
Roast rump of lamb, purple potatoes, black garlic, confit tomatoes, split lamb sauce.

Baked cod, saffron potatoes, mussel casserole

And to finish
Chocolate torte, passionfruit sorbet.

Toasted marshmallow, poached blackberries, honeycomb

To Start

Aga roasted featherblade of Kentish beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, red wine gravy

Pan fried seabass, butternut squash risotto, samphire, parmesan crisp.

Supreme of Kentish chicken, Biddenden cider sauce, fondant potato, medley of Autumn vegetables

And to finish
Chocolate tart, passionfruit sorbet
