Frasers is delighted to announce the launch of our Set Lunch menu. Offering a delicious selection of heart warming dishes, perfect for a weekday catch up with friends, or perhaps a lazy Sunday lunch, come and enjoy some of the now renowned Frasers hospitality.
Pre bookable tables only. These menus are only an example menu and is subject to change. Please be advised this menu is not available in December, our set Christmas menu is only available.

To Start
Butternut squash soup, onion fritter, chilli oil

Frasers estate pigeon, Autumn berries, walnut and wild mushroom

Scallop, apple, celeriac, cobnuts. (£3.00 supplement)

Followed By
Roast partridge, potato emulsion, cabbage, bacon, parsnip, red wine reduction

Pan fried salmon, celeriac rosti, butternut squash parmentiere, mussel casserole.

Aga roasted featherblade of Kentish beef, pasta, mushroom puree, red wine jus, wilted spinach, wild mushrooms

Roasted butternut squash risotto, wild mushrooms, parmesan crisp

And to finish
Bramley apple tatin, cobnut crumb, Biddenden cider sorbet

Vanilla panna cotta, autumn berry reduction, fennel biscotti

Ham hock and duck liver terrine, pear and hazelnut salad.

Artichoke soup, truffle.

Followed By
Aga roasted featherblade of Kentish beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, red wine gravy

Pan fried seabass, butternut squash risotto, samphire, parmesan crisp.

Supreme of Kentish chicken, Biddenden cider sauce, fondant potato, medley of Autumn vegetables

And to finish
Chocolate tart, passionfruit sorbet
