To Start
Pan fried breast of ‘Frasers Estate’ wood pigeon, poached red grapes, celeriac remoulade

Game terrine, Madeira jelly, char-grilled radicchio, candied walnuts

Beetroot cured salmon, salmon pate, root vegetable salad, thyme crackers

Pumpkin veloute, wild mushrooms, truffle oil

Imagine yourself, arriving at the Farm on Christmas eve, enjoy a relaxing, informal Christmas eve supper of delicious home cooked gammon and freshly poached salmon, all washed down with a glass of Chapel Down Brut.

Then retire to one of our sumptuous 5star Gold rooms to wake up Christmas Day, relaxed and ready for a stress free stroll around the farm, we'll deliver you a delicious breakfast hamper. Open your presents in the comfort of your room, without the stress of cooking the turkey, we've got that covered.

Then Join us for an amazing five course lovingly prepared, traditional Christmas lunch, using the finest locally sourced ingredients. In the evening, if you still have room, enjoy a traditional Christmas buffet delivered to your room.

Round off your stay with our award winning Kentish breakfast on boxing day morning.

Prices based on 2 adults sharing, 2 nights accommodation, Christmas eve supper, Christmas day 5 course lunch, Christmas day buffet hamper, breakfast on both mornings.
