We are delighted to offer a bespoke outside catering service for all your entertaining requirements. Whether you are planning on having a Wedding, Milestone Birthday, Anniversary, or simply a gathering of close Friends, and whether it is being held in a Marquee, garden, your own home or a village hall why not let Frasers accommodate all your catering needs.

Below are some of our suggestions, but we can really do whatever you like!

Selection of homemade canapés served as your first course

Followed By

Fillet of locally smoked hot roast salmon, Fresh herb sauce, Roasted fillet of local sirloin of beef, horseradish cream or Home-cooked hand carved maple roasted gammon, Caramelised red onion, goats cheese and fresh thyme tart. (V)
Summer roasted vegetable couscous, seasonal leaves with fresh vinaigrette, homemade coleslaw, red onion tomato and basil salad with balsamic dressing, selection of artisan breads and butter.

Followed By

Homemade chocolate fudge brownies, Lemon Cheesecake, Egerton Strawberries and local cream.

Example Frasers BBQ feast menu

Antipasti Miso Selection of cured meats, homemade caponata, melon and Parma ham, fresh marinated anchovies, selection of roasted vegetables, artisan bread and butter.

Followed By

Your choice of Traditionally made pulled pork, Bacardi and coke sticky ribs, piripiri chicken, jerk chicken, halloumi and vegetable kebabs(V), teriyaki salmon skewers.
Or why not have a Hog roast or luxury mixed paella instead of a BBQ.
BBQ corn on the cobs, jacket potatoes with sour cream, homemade coleslaw, Frasers legendary potato salad (dill, grainy mustard, spring onion, roasted red onion and chives!Delicious!!!), Spinach and rocket salad.

Pavlova with seasonal berries, spun sugar and cream from the dairy

Spiced roasted butternut squash and sweet potato soup, coriander oil.

Local game casserole, roasted pears (rabbit, pheasant and pigeon sourced at Frasers). Served with garlic and sage infused mash, spiced red cabbage, creamed leeks.

Frasers sticky toffee pudding or Spiced Egerton Bramley apple crumble and cream.
